Our intelligent CD, DVD, Books and Games feed and labelling system, labels store replenishment orders in real time at over 70ppm.
The system comprises an in house designed and developed intelligent stack hopper feeder, vision barcode read system and ALcode print and apply labelling head.
However more importantly than this is the in house written ALTech software and PLC control system, which also acts to check each order reporting errors.
Application Overview
Our in house designed CD, DVD, Games and Book Feed and labelling systems are used to apply promotional labels to books, cd's and dvd's in most major retailers and supermarkets.
Solutions range from just a simple batch apply machines, to an intelligent "one to one" print and apply solutions that can identify mixed fed product and print and apply the appropriate price point and/or promotional labels. accordingly.
