The ALritma Xtra is stronger and harder in structure than the high performance ALritma label applicator on which it is based.
It is equipped with an enlarged 350 mm diameter unwind unit and an oversized and motorised rewinder unit for the silicon paper, to allow higher linear speeds of up to 80 m/min or up to 800 pieces/min cruising rate.
In extreme cases where the label reels are exhausted quickly or where it is not possible or desirable to stop the line it’s possible to link two ALritma labelling head in series with a special non-stop - control device between two labelling heads that swaps between the heads without missing a label.
The ALritma Xtras machine body is IP55 rated and the control box is anti water INOX.
