Real Time Low Cost Print & Apply Label Applicator

ALcode LT is a "one to one" real time print & apply system developed specifically for low to medium speed applications that require compactness and low cost. The unit integrates the latest SATO LT 408 OEM print module, able to print labels up to 104mm width, at a speed of 150mm/sec and with a definition of 200dpi.

Application devices available include most of those of the ALcode range, but redesigned in many parts to represent the needs for compactness and versatility typical of this model.

These include an air jet application system for irregular products that move at high speed, the application by swinging roller for labels of different sizes and the application by piston for still products.

The ALcode LT logic is controlled by microprocessor. The electronics and the pneumatics are compactly integrated in to the robust machine body that supports the 220 mm diameter unwind unit and the SATO LT print engine.

The resut is a machine that is particularly small and light: easy to fit in narrow spaces of packaging lines or in packaging machines.
