Even our most basic labelling heads are manufactured using high resistance alloys, designed in a modular expandable way, and incorporate features normally only found on premium machines, such as quick release fully metallised unwind & rewind reels, rather than easily broken plastic units.

However, as robust as our machines are, it is a fact with any machine that parts can wear, get damaged or very occasionally fail, so to ensure the absolute minimum of delay in the event of breakdown, we hold a comprehensive range of spares at our UK workshops, which can normally be despatched same day for orders received before 3pm.

Some parts, such as thermal print heads and drive belts, are actually classified as consumable parts, and so we often recommend to customers that they hold these on their own site. These will be identified in a critical spares list specific to the customer's machine supplied just after installation.
