Twin Side Belt Transfer System

Twin synchronised side belt transfer or holding systems, ideal for transferring small or unstable products between two conveyors, or to expose the base of the product for (inkjet or TIJ) coding or inspection.

For Direct Product Passage Between Two Conveyors

Commonly used to provide a base coding or inspection solution, as well as facilitating the transfer of small or unstable products, our twin side belt module can be provided either as a free-standing device on a powder-coated or stainless stand or where possible, for mounting off your existing conveyor structure.

The solution is supplied with an easy movement worm drive self-centring movement system (which can also be set to lock one belt for datum positioning lines) and counters to allow exact pressure setting and recall.

A number of belt types are available depending on the product, with standard 25mm and 55mm belt heights available in several length formats depending on your needs.
