ALritma Performance Label Applicator

ALritma includes an ultra-robust innovative mechanical structure, with an advanced fanless touchscreen controller, and can be orientated in any rotation. It includes standard IP55 protection and is suitable for business-critical applications in even the toughest industrial applications or environments.

It is available in three versions, S, M and L, for label leading edge widths up to 100, 200 and 300 mm, respectively, with fast dispensing speeds up to 50 m/min, for demanding applications.

ALritma's powerful microprocessor controller enables the machine to perfectly match the speed of any conveyor line for high-accuracy label application. It can even work in real-time (via optional encoder) to maintain label positioning where the line speed changes.

Its user display interface includes all the most common adjustment functions in one simple screen. Once set these functions can then be saved for up to 40 product/label combinations, considerably simplifying and speeding product changeovers.

Designed in a modular manner, ALritma includes a comprehensive selection of application options to solve even the most complex label application requirements.
