ALfeeder Extended Chute with ALritma Labelling Head

Our demonstration ALfeeder friction feeder with an extended chute and the ALritma high-performance labelling head, is the ideal solution for efficiently labelling flat, even products such as cards, cartons, sleeves, and promotional inserts. Designed for offline operation, this system offers a cost-effective and compact labelling setup that integrates seamlessly into a wide range of production environments.

The system includes a simple yet effective collection bin, ensuring smooth product handling and easy retrieval post-labelling. For enhanced functionality, the unit can be optionally fitted with a TIJ (thermal inkjet) coding unit, enabling batch coding, expiry dates, barcodes, and variable data printing directly onto the product surface.
