In 2020 we supplied this non-stop ALline labelling system to ADM in Erith (featured in the above article) to label large bottles of sunflower oil, which present the difficult combination to handle of being both heavy and ‘squidgy’ as well as slightly shaped.
A special configuration of ALline was chosen with dual servo infeed scroll (protected via light curtain) which both spaces and orientates the bottles for accurate labelling. The machine also features twin heads on each side for non-stop running/zero downtime.
