Simulation Wheel – Prove Your Application

A long standing staple of our UK demonstration machine range is ‘the wheel’ – or more specifically – the simulation wheel.

This is an extremely useful device which we can use to simulate a continuous line operation and product flow, and check the real performance of our machines to leave nothing to doubt.

Normally, this unit mounts an ALritma X high-performance labelling head, shown below achieving labelling speeds of more than 1000 labels per minute, but we also use the wheel for ALcheck inspection simulations and demos, as well as print and apply machine setups and tests – see examples below.
