We have a large dedicated range of rental labelling machines available for short or medium term hire, ideal for your busiest times of the year. Machines are available for periods as little as two weeks, with a fixed price delivery, installation and training service to install one or multiple machines where required.
S&A produce, the UK’s largest strawberry producer with sites in Hereford and Kent, have around 30 ALstep label applicators onsite for promotion and product labelling of their punnets. They also take advantage of ALTech’s rental service to meet seasonal peaks, providing short term additional capacity without the upfront capital costs.
Other common rental labelling machine requirements completed by ALTech machines include corrective over-labelling, parallel import drug carton and blister labelling, precision parts labelling and convenience food promo labelling, including booklet labelling.
We have a large fleet of ALstep and ALritma labelling machines which are ideal rental solutions due to their inherent versatility. They can be configured for side or top labelling requirements and fitted with pedestal stands or integrated conveyors suitable for placing on most existing production lines. The ALritma is ideal for performance applications, capable of labelling at a rate of over 200 products per minute, whereas the ALstep is compact and has an adaptable body shape, allowing it to be installed into most locations where space is limited.
Whilst it is not possible to rent a labelling machine for all applications (such as where the solution needs to be tailored to a specific handling solution) generally, if the product can be consistently aligned using simple guides then it should be possible to rent a solution to label it.
