Refurbished ALstep T Batch Print and Apply Top Labelling System

This is an older-generation ALstep T batch print-and-apply labelling machine. It features a variable-speed 1500 mm by 300mm conveyor system running from left to right, with adjustable speed control and synchronisation.

It also includes an economical SATO LT print engine, which is still a current model in the SATO range, offering:
1. 203 dpi print resolution
2. 6 inches per second print speed
3. A maximum print width of 104mm

The machine uses our legacy single-tube cross-mount system.  Single phase power supply. Adjustable anti-friction side guides. Photocell product detection.

Print head: the printer has been tested as fully functional, with no dots out on the print head itself. The print head is a wear part item.

The printer is currently fitted with a USB interface for connection to a host Windows program, but a LAN card would be available at extra cost if required.

We can also provide suitable label software, again at extra cost if required.
