Refurbished Base Labelling System – 300mm Belt/2500mm Length

This system boasts a 300mm belt width extended infeed conveyor system (total machine length 2500mm) and an inverted fully synchronised ALritma S labelling head, making it a rare find in the market.

The machine is currently fitted with a thermal transfer high-performance Sato EX 300dpi printer module, but due to our machinery’s exceptional modularity, this can be split from the machine if required.

The machine was used for applying barcode ERP identification labels in a warehouse environment, with the customer recently changing their systems to use existing barcodes on the product rather than adding their own. It is, therefore, specified for maximum product flexibility with datum alignment and the inherent consistency of the labelling head to the product provided by the base labelling configuration, making it a highly flexible, minimal setup machine.
