The machine was required to label glass jars at a rate of over 180 products per minute with the flexibility to apply a variety of labels, from a simple partial wrap label to a full wrap body label in registration with a tamper evident top label; all of which needed to be achieved without affecting the performance of the labeller.<\/p>\n<p>The ALline C was specifically configured to achieve the high-speed labelling requirements, equipped with a timing screw gapping unit,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.altech-uk.com\/labellers-label-applicators\/alritma-x-label-applicator.htm\"><strong> ALritma X<\/strong><\/a> high-performance labelling head, 400 mm un-wind unit and a high-speed rotary adapter to side bend the tamper evident seal.
