The head is able to apply the label onto the front of the trays at speeds up to 40 trays per minute. The customer can to choose either to apply pre-printed labels or to print and apply them in line with variable unit pack data \u00a0such as a barcode, description, batch number, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The system uses our <a title=\"ALritma labelling head\" href=\"http:\/\/www.altech-uk.com\/labellers-label-applicators\/alritma-label-applicator.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ALritma M label head<\/strong><\/a>, with loose loop web control system, integrating a\u00a0<a title=\"SATO S84 EX print engine\" href=\"http:\/\/www.satoeurope.com\/uk\/products\/printers\/print-apply\/oem-print-engines\/s8486-ex-features.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Sato print engine<\/strong><\/a> to create an <strong><a title=\"ALritma T\" href=\"http:\/\/www.altech-uk.com\/labellers-print-and-apply\/alritma-t-print-apply.htm\">ALritma T<\/a> <a title=\"Batch print and apply labelling machines\" href=\"http:\/\/www.altech-uk.com\/labellers-print-and-apply\/label-print-and-apply.htm\">batch print and apply machine<\/a>.<\/strong> The system allows the customer to bypass the SATO printer when pre-printed labels are being used. The machine is equipped with our well proven rotary arm tamp-blow application system for front face labelling.
