In this interesting vitamins and supplements application, we were tasked to place a body label in rotational registration with the angled cap of the container – and then a further lid label on this angled section of the cap.<\/p>\n
Most will probably have seen the container in a leading high-street pharmacy business with branches throughout the country.<\/p>\n
There were a number of size formats of the container, and the application was previously completed via a rotary labelling machine – thought by the customer to be the only way to provide a solution.<\/p>\n
This machine was inflexible, and the customer struggled for support with no UK agent. They also found it very complex to set up (compared to our central management recipe control) and expensive both in terms of change parts (not needed with our linear solution) and when considering the new capital cost vs our ALline 3-Roller<\/a> based machine.<\/p>\n The ALline shown has been running with perfect reliability for some time now, and we understand the customer has addressed the slight vibration issue on the mezzanine floor of the production area caused by another machine operating requiring anti-vibration feet not yet fitted when this video was shot.<\/p>\n #ALTech #labelling #labellingsolutions #vitamins #supplements #labelingmachine
