This demonstration ALcode one-to-one print and apply labelling machine <\/a>with integrated ALbelt conveyor is ideally configured for end-of-line GS1 128 case labelling, currently configured with a 150mm x 100mm label size format vacuum holding pad, for landscape application on the product, and printing via an optimally orientated (in terms of print feed direction) Zebra ZE521 print engine<\/a>, printing ‘with the pin’ for ANSI grade A-C barcodes.<\/p>\n

The machine uses a staple of the ALcode range\u2014a ‘tamp-blow’ application system that combines precision with flexibility. It can label the product either while it is moving or stationary. Combined with an integrated ALbelt conveyor, it can either be used inline (perhaps with a case taper or check weigher), or standalone or as a mobile solution between lines.<\/p>\n
