There isn\u2019t a standard machine that should exist for this exact requirement \u2014 the \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2d, \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27, and overall \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c had to be engineered as a complete system so the machine remains repeatable, stable, and low-cost to run over the long term.<\/p>\n<p>Quite simple\u2026 until you consider the need to label \ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1d-\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d-\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25 (unique to each case)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 One \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc30\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25 spanning \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc30\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A \ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27 \/ \ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc26 \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25, applied at \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c to the box travel direction for consistent presentation<\/p>\n<p>What makes this work isn\u2019t a single \u201cclever part\u201d \u2014 it\u2019s the way \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27, \ud835\udc26\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2c have been configured around the application. The same core labelling technology is used, but the system architecture allows us to \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1f \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c, apply the right \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1d for each label, and mount modules in \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c to suit the pack and the process.<\/p>\n<p>In practical terms, that means:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Selecting the right approach for each duty (rather than forcing everything into one method)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Designing the layout so each module has correct access, datum control, and product presentation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Building stability into the machine \u2014 so performance isn\u2019t dependent on constant operator adjustment<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also a strong demonstration of the flexibility of our labelling heads. The same fundamental head model is used here in two completely different ways:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A traditional \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b \/ \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc32 concept<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A secondary \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc29-\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc30 applicator<\/p>\n<p>And because this machine doesn\u2019t only handle one box or one label combination, it benefits from \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25 \u2014 allowing set-up and recipe changeover from a \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27, rather than adjustments being scattered around the machine.<\/p>\n<p>This is why choosing a \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27, \ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc32 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altech-uk.com\/index\/linear-label-applicators\/linear-labelling-machines\">\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27<\/a> matters.
