This is an older-generation ALstep T batch print-and-apply labelling machine. It features a variable-speed 1500 mm by 300mm conveyor system running from left to right, with adjustable speed control and synchronisation.<\/p>\n
It also includes an economical SATO LT print engine, which is still a current model in the SATO range, offering:
\n1. 203 dpi print resolution
\n2. 6 inches per second print speed
\n3. A maximum print width of 104mm<\/p>\n
The machine uses our legacy single-tube cross-mount system.\u00a0 Single phase power supply. Adjustable anti-friction side guides. Photocell product detection.<\/p>\n
Print head: the printer has been tested as fully functional, with no dots out on the print head itself. The print head is a wear part item.<\/p>\n
The printer is currently fitted with a USB interface for connection to a host Windows program, but a LAN card would be available at extra cost if required.<\/p>\n
We can also provide suitable label software, again at extra cost if required.<\/p>\n
