ALline C Performance Direct Wraparound Labelling System

ALline C is another rotation machine in our demo stock. It represents a high-quality, performance-oriented cylindrical product wraparound labelling system, ideal for inline use with bottles and cans, etc., but also with the possibility of offline operation, perhaps fitted with rotary infeed or outfeed tables. As a rule, we will always have this machine configuration in stock and available for machine trials and demonstrations, with potentially a short lead time supply where suitable and necessary.

Our current demo stock ALline C machine is configured with the following high level of specification:

• Extremely low vibration short-pitch chain conveyor, with infeed and outfeed extension for easy line integration
• High-capacity ALritma X labelling head offering up to 900m label length operation (vs 450m on a standard labelling head) for extended operation (particularly relevant with generally ‘long’ wraparound labels)
• 200mm maximum label height
• For products up to approx. 100mm diameter
• Side belt spacing system: ideal for managing even heavier products under load
• Premium setup direct wraparound (on the peeler bar) product rotation unit with a full-height counter plate
• Central management control
• Advanced synchronisation

The machine’s performance would depend on the product and label dimensions. For example, with a 65mm diameter can product, the machine could easily operate at more than 100 units per minute.
