Our low cost, yet high performance ALstep T is the little brother of our well known ALritma T batch print and apply label applicator.
Maintaining all the virtues of the ALstep S apply only label applicator on which it is based, the ALstep T incorporates SATO’s impressively economical LT408 thermal transfer print engine - designed for low-to-medium speed applications with 200dpi print resolution and upto 6" per second print speed.
ALstep T is available in a comprehensive range of configurations as per all ALTech applicators and is commonly integrated with end of line case sealing units, often without the need for a separate outfeed conveyor to provide a highly economical print and apply case labelling solution.
We are also able to provide our ALstep T applicator with our ALbelt C wraparound labelling system, thus providing a highly cost effective print and apply wraparound labelling solution and bringing print & apply into new markets which, historically, it would not normally be viable.
