Service & Support
From sales and service, to spares and consumables ordering, our knowledgeable staff provide friendly help and advice. Our powerful in-house developed maintenance and support IT systems mean that we can quickly and efficiently locate information, drawings and photo’s of your machine at the touch of a button, to help us answer your questions.
All new labelling machinery is supplied with a minimum 12 months comprehensive parts and labour warranty, for complete peace of mind. We also operate an open workshop policy, and regularly welcome customers to our South Wales factory for machine demonstrations, trials or sign offs.
All support calls are logged and tracked on our maintenance support system, and frequently many problems can be sorted quickly and efficiently over the phone, often by the same workshop technician who built or installed your machine.
Where a technical intervention at site is identified as required, we endeavour to provide a response within 8 working hours in the majority of cases. Response times can be guaranteed through pre-agreed service contracts tailored to the customers needs.
