Front & Back Linear Labelling System

All ALline labelling systems have been designed according to cutting edge design criteria which, in strict compliance with CE regulations, makes every machine suitable for even the harshest of conditions, guarantee great labelling accuracy even at high production speeds and feature a high degree of operator-friendliness, with setup and change-over operations particularly simple and intuitive.

ALline E is configured to apply a front & back label in a single pass to elliptical or rectangular products, generally food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical products in plastic, glass or metal bottles and jars. Its highly rigid basement is fitted with two opposing side ALritma labelling heads, with a top mounted touch screen controller allowing the store and recall of all the labelling parameters for a product quickly and easily at the touch of a button.

ALline E can be equipped with the same handling and spacing devices as used on ALline C, whilst specific orienting and stabilising units are also available – e.g. for orientating elliptical shampoo type container or for gripping trigger spay type bottles.

As a standard feature, ALline E includes a state-of-the-art system which synchronises all its elements. This not only makes it possible to adjust the machine speed by means of a single potentiometer, but it also guarantees good quality labelling even during starting or stopping.

The whole philosophy of ALline is rigidity and consistency. For this reason in ALline E the upper trestle is present even without a protection cabinet, thus hardening the top stabilising belt for increased rigidity of the whole system

ALline E can be equipped with some of the wrap-around units available for ALline C, thus also allowing the labelling of cylindrical products with the same machine (ALline EC)
