Something a little different: TIJ direct–to–product marking ✍️📦
We’re known for labelling machinery, but in reality, labelling and coding are inseparable — and we routinely integrate everything from TTO through to laser.
For many years, we’ve supplied TIJ (thermal inkjet) on a high proportion of our desktop labelling systems, because it’s a flexible and economical way to add variable data (best before, batch codes, lot numbers, simple graphics, etc.).
This new device is a bit different — and the clever part is how it prints:
✅ The cartridge sweeps past the product (instead of moving the product past a fixed printhead)
✅ Ideal for offline coding, short runs, and mixed items with minimal fixturing
✅ Hand trigger or foot trigger operation — both supplied — so you can choose what suits your workflow best
✅ Uses the same cartridges as our normal TIJ range, so you can standardise consumables
