This ALTech UK installation features multiple ALritma X labelling heads, running comfortably at over 120m/min to apply product ID labels directly to MDF boards in a dusty, high-throughput timber environment.
The system is gantry-mounted above the line with motorised raise/lower adjustment and a 90° rotation support, allowing for ergonomic reel changes and simplified maintenance access.
