Easy drinking. Not-so-simple labelling. Made manageable with ALTech. π₯βοΈ
This is an ALline drinks labelling system we built for a premium pre-mixed cocktail producer. Like a good recipe, the line follows a precise routine: a sequence of proven steps executed in the correct order, every cycle, to deliver a consistent result. In the drinks market, that repeatability matters β brand presentation is immediately visible, and label placement needs to remain stable over time.
Watchstrap cap/lid label application as the reference
In this application, the machine first applies a watchstrap cap/lid label. The label is presented consistently and placed accurately, creating a clean datum for the rest of the pack presentation. Getting this first step right makes everything that follows more controllable and more repeatable.
Registered front and back bottle labelling
Once the watchstrap label is applied, the system applies front and back body labels, with placement registered to the watchstrap. This registration approach helps maintain consistent alignment and visual symmetry from bottle to bottle and from run to run, reducing the need for operator βtweaksβ and protecting the premium finish.
Why ALline suits drinks labelling
Drinks packaging often involves more than one label format, multiple SKUs and frequent changeovers β and the product still has to look right every time. ALline is engineered as a robust line solution: modular stations, stable product handling, and centralised control that allows operators to manage set-up and recipe changeover from one position.
If youβre looking for a beverage labelling machine that can handle complex presentation requirements while remaining manageable in day-to-day production, ALTech systems are widely used across the drinks sector for exactly this reason: they combine proven labelling methods with the engineering detail needed for long-term reliability.
