Pre-mixed cocktails are a relatively new and exciting product in the drinks industry. This impressive ALline labelling machine, recently supplied to our Central London customer, applies L-seal tamper and registered body labels to tapered-shaped glass bottles, typical of the industry, in various size formats.
Despite being a challenging application requiring a labelling result expected for a premium product, and coupled with an inexperienced customer (having no prior experience with labelling machines), the installation went smoothly with little or no issues to resolve, which was pleasing for all parties.
In fact, the biggest issue faced was getting the machine onto the customer’s mezzanine floor area, which was solved via partial dismantling and rebuilding of the machine in situ, completed by our flexible and diligent UK engineering team.
